All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal using the provided tracking number.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Auralis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the costumer to investigate.
